Disability & Long-Term Health Conditions
Living with a disability
There is no single experience of living with a disability, and I don't want to presume what yours is like or what it means to you. I actively welcome and seek to work with disabled clients, offering somewhere your individual experience can be heard with dignity, curiosity and respect.
Your disability might be something you want to talk about. It might not be. Either way, it doesn't need to be ignored, explained away, or made into the defining feature of who you are. Let’s work together —>
Living with a long-term health condition
Living with a long-term health condition is also deeply individual. I want there to be room for what your experience is actually like – physically, emotionally, practically, or in whatever ways matter to you – without assuming in advance what those might be.
Counselling can be somewhere your health is allowed to matter without everything having to be about your health. Somewhere to talk about whatever you need to talk about, and to be met as a whole person rather than a condition. Let’s work together —>
