I work with all the things we lose in life.
Loss can take many forms. Whether it's something we've lost or something we never had, these experiences can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the direction of our lives.

Living with loss
When we think about loss, it's often bereavement that comes to mind. But we can lose so much throughout our lives. The end of a relationship. A family member moving away. Leaving a job. Moving home. Saying goodbye to a period of our lives, our youth, or the childhood we wish we'd had. Changes in our appearance or sense of identity. Or letting go of a future we'd imagined for ourselves.
These experiences are often overlooked or not fully validated by society. Sometimes they're described as ambiguous losses because they don't always involve someone's death or have a clear ending. Yet they can affect us just as deeply, leaving us trying to make sense of what has changed. -Let’s explore this together
Grieving what never was
Not every loss is about letting go of something that was once there. Sometimes we grieve the things we never had in the first place. The childhood we wish we'd had. The love, care or acceptance we needed. The relationship, family or future we'd imagined. The opportunities we never got, or the person we feel we could have become.
These losses can be difficult to recognise because there's often nothing tangible to point to. Yet they can leave us carrying a deep sense of sadness, longing or unfairness, even years later. - Share with me
