Online & Phone Counselling

(London & UK-wide)

I offer online and phone counselling to adults across London and the UK. This means you can access therapy wherever you’re based, without the need to travel to a physical location.

Alongside my core qualification in person-centred counselling, I hold specialised training in online and phone therapy. This supports a thoughtful and ethical approach to remote work, helping to ensure our sessions feel safe, focused, and connected — even when we’re not in the same room.

  • Online and phone counselling can be appropriate for anyone who wants to access counselling quickly and easily. It can be particularly supportive for people who:

    • have busy or changing schedules

    • experience tiredness, eye fatgue, illness, or mobility difficulties

    • live outside major cities or prefer not to travel

    • value discretion or privacy

    • are looking for a more affordable option

Sessions can take place from home, from a parked car, during a lunch break, or from another quiet space that feels manageable and private. We can discuss what environments are suitable and how to protect your safety and confidentiality together.

  • Having specialised training in online and phone therapy means I don’t approach remote work as a direct copy of in-person counselling.

Instead, I work thoughtfully with some of the unique dynamics remote therapy can bring in order to support connection, emotional safety, and therapeutic effectiveness.

This includes awareness of issues such as privacy, boundaries, distraction, emotional containment, and how connection and presence can feel different online or by phone.

For some clients, remote therapy can feel not only more flexible and accessible than in-person counselling, but also more comfortable, focused, and emotionally freeing.

  • Some people prefer video therapy because it can offer many of the benefits of in-person therapy, whilst being more flexible, accessible, and without the need to travel.

Others feel more comfortable speaking by phone. Phone therapy can offer a greater sense of privacy and anonymity, and some clients find it easier to relax, focus, or speak openly without worrying about appearance, eye contact, or being on camera. It can also feel simpler and more accessible, as no special equipment or software is needed — just a phone and a private space to talk.

Both can offer meaningful and effective therapeutic support.

  • Not everyone has access to complete privacy at home. Together, we can think creatively about how online or phone therapy might still be possible. Some clients choose to take sessions:

    • from a parked car

    • in a quiet outdoor space

    • from a private room at work or in a library

We can talk through what feels realistic and safe for you, and adapt the way we work accordingly.

  • I currently offer a number of reduced-fee remote therapy sessions as part of my commitment to making counselling more accessible.

These spaces are available for those who may not be able to afford the standard fee for ongoing therapy. I approach concessionary spaces with trust, dignity, and respect, and allow clients to self-identify on a no-questions-asked basis.

In-Person Counselling in Ealing

I offer in-person counselling sessions in Ealing, West London. These are available on a flexible basis and are usually arranged around a week in advance.

Many people I work with choose to have online or phone sessions as their main way of working, and occasionally supplement this with in-person sessions. This can offer the convenience and accessibility of remote therapy alongside the option of meeting face-to-face when it feels helpful.

Fee In-person sessions (Ealing)

£95 per 50-minute session
